Dear Teva Clients,
With lock-down starting soon we’d like to update our loyal clients on the following:
Most importantly, WE’RE HERE FOR YOU AND YOUR FUR-KIDS – whether that be for moral support over the telephone on how to keep your fur-kids entertained or when you need us in the clinic because they are ill. Veterinary services are an essential service but no elective or non-urgent visits will be allowed.
Some guidelines we will be following as part of compliance during the lockdown:
OPENING HOURS AS FROM FRIDAY 28 MARCH:
Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday 9am-12am
Closed Sundays and Public holidays (with the usual after hour rota service available)
This will allow us to adhere to the government’s mandate of keeping the minimum number of staff on the premises. If you are in an essential services industry and are unable to bring your pet in during these hours, please let us know and we will make an alternative arrangement to accommodate you.
If your fur-child is ill, injured, or struggling in any way, please give us a call. We will evaluate each case individually and tailor make a solution that keeps both you as safe as possible, while still ensuring that your fur-child receives the care they need.
If we have made an appointment for you to see our vet, we ask that you stay in your vehicle until we call you into the consult room
Only one HEALTHY ADULT will be allowed into the clinic per fur-child.
We can offer a house call service but for our safety and yours, we will reserve these for special circumstances only.
FOOD & CHRONIC MEDICATION:
Please call or email ahead of time so that we can get your order ready for you. We can bring it to your car once you arrive and you can pay via our mobile card machine or EFT. Alternatively, we can deliver to your home at no extra charge.
You can also check out our sister company, All Paws Online for your fur-child’s food and supplement needs.
We’re all in this together.
Dr Karin
